Parent, Teacher & Family Clarity Sessions

Practical guidance with Gail Ebenstein

Many parents, teachers, and families know that something needs attention, but are not always sure what kind of help, support, conversation, or next step makes sense.

A clarity session with Gail Ebenstein is designed to help people slow down, sort through what is happening, and identify practical next steps.

This is not therapy. It is a focused, compassionate guidance conversation for people navigating school, parenting, teaching, neurodiversity, independence, or family-transition questions.

Gail’s role is often to help someone clarify what they are facing and what kind of next step, conversation, support, or referral may make sense — not to replace existing professional, educational, therapeutic, or coaching relationships.

Who This May Help

These sessions may be helpful for:

  • Parents trying to understand a child’s school, social, behavioral, emotional, or learning-related challenges
  • Families navigating neurodiversity, ADHD, autism spectrum concerns, executive-function challenges, or independence issues
  • Teachers who want practical perspective around classroom, student, parent, or career-related concerns
  • Parents and teachers who feel unsure how to communicate with one another effectively
  • Families trying to determine what kind of support, evaluation, coaching, school conversation, or outside resource may be appropriate
  • Parents, teachers, caregivers, or family members supporting a child, teen, or young adult who want a grounded, human conversation about possible next steps

How to Begin

The first step is a 15–20 minute no-obligation get-acquainted conversation with Gail. There is no cost for this introductory conversation.

The purpose of this conversation is to understand what you or your family are navigating, determine whether Gail’s guidance may be a good fit, and decide whether a focused clarity session would be useful. The get-acquainted conversation is not intended to be a full coaching or guidance session.

If there appears to be a fit, Gail may suggest scheduling a 60-minute clarity session.

What a Clarity Session Includes

During a 60-minute clarity session, Gail helps you:

  • Clarify the situation you are facing
  • Identify the main concerns, pressures, or decisions
  • Sort through possible next steps
  • Think about communication with schools, teachers, parents, children, or other family members
  • Consider what kind of support or outside resource may be appropriate
  • Leave with a clearer sense of direction

When helpful, Gail may also provide a brief written summary of key takeaways and suggested next steps.

Session Fee

A 60-minute clarity session is $180.

Payment instructions are provided only when a session is scheduled.
