30 minutes - FreeGet Acquainted Session
This free session gives us a chance to explore your family’s needs and goals. We’ll discuss what you’re going through currently, and I’ll advise you on the best approach for helping your atypical child.
1 hourBreakthrough Parent Session
This introductory session allows us to discuss your current parenting struggles. We’ll do some brief troubleshooting to break through the current challenges with your child.
1 hour 30 minutesParent Strategy Session
This session is ideal for parents needing individual support and strategies to address the challenges that come with raising an atypical child. We will problem solve and create an action plan with follow-up recommendations. A 90-minute session allows time to cover 1-3 struggles in detail.
10 weekly 1 hour sessionsParenting Revolution
This extended guidance program will revolutionize your parenting to adopt the most effective approaches and strategies for your atypical child. We will explore your child's strengths, weaknesses, challenges and behaviors to create customized strategies. Sessions are 1 hour weekly for 10 weeks.
1 hourMom Self-Care Strategy Session
Being your best for your family means taking care of yourself. In this 1-hour session, we will talk about mindset, the importance of self-care, what self-care looks like for you, and how to fit it into your daily life. We'll create a self-care action plan tailored to your needs and goals.
1 hourSupporting Dads
Fathers are often overlooked when thinking about an atypical child’s support network. Even though they are involved in their children’s care, fathers don’t tend to form support groups on their own. In these 1-hour sessions, we will talk about mindset, the importance of coping strategies, and how to fit them into your daily life. We'll create an action plan tailored to you.
School Liaison
Struggles at home are often mirrored with the struggles in school. Raising an atypical child means a maze of requirements, services and educational demands. I can meet with you and the school SST to navigate your child’s struggles. I’ll assist you in unraveling the mystery and confusion of school-related programs and resources.
Professional Resources and Referrals
If needed, I can introduce you to highly qualified resources including testing, therapists, educational therapists, developmental pediatricians and social skills play groups.
